Ergo 200 – Ergo Contact TrainingTrain the trainer course to embed basic level ergonomic assessments to be conducted internally.

Ergo 201 – Ergo Lead TrainingOversees and trains a number of ergonomic contacts. Conducts personnel assessments analysis and reports to management on results. Recommends suggestions for continuous program Improvement.

Ergo 300 – Management Training
Emphasis on engaging critical personnel (e.g. Medical, Specialists, etc), stewarding case/risk management, and understanding cost-benefit of ergonomic equipment to justify/deny expenses.

Ergo 301 – Medical/Risk TrainingMedical support can greatly aid or hinder efforts to prevent Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This session aims to inform regarding medical’s role in the program and some of the issues and sensitivities that need to be considered.

Ergo 302 – Facilities ManagementWhile often left out of the picture, in the end it is the building services that ultimately install or adjust any equipment or furniture in a facility. Often they lack knowledge of how to adjust equipment properly or know what equipment is available or recommended in the ergonomics program. This session focuses on helping them understand how to become an aid and not a burden or roadblock.

Ergo 303 – IT TrainingComputer issues can easily increase stress. IT can reduce muscle tension and excessive repetition by designing tools and process that meet ergonomic guidelines. Ergonomic software can be a powerful tool but requires knowledgable support staff.

Ergo 900 – Travel Office ErgonomicsTraveling possess one of the greatest risks because people are exposed to a high amount of variability in their environment but have little or no means to modify any of it to their body type. Learn how to understand behaviors during travel and to mitigate them with little to no cost.

Ergo 901 – Field Office ErgonomicsWorking at field offices is similar to a parent letting their child go to college. If an ergonomic program is not established at that location, you must rely on the individual to ergonomically assess themselves. Learn the dangers of field offices and how to mitigate those risks.
